At Smartcustomcam, we take your privacy and the safe delivery of our professional hardware very seriously. Below are the details of how we handle shipping from our specialized modification lab in China to your doorstep.
Your Privacy is Our Priority: All orders are shipped in plain, neutral brown or white boxes with no mention of “Smartcustomcam”, “Hidden Camera”, or “Surveillance” on the exterior. The package will typically be labeled as “Electronics” or “Gift” for security and privacy reasons.
1. Order Processing Time
Since each device is professionally modified and hand-tested in our lab, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. This ensures your custom-built hardware is functioning perfectly and the hidden lens is 100% undetectable.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide directly from our facility in China. We use reliable express carriers (such as 4PX, Yanwen, or DHL/FedEx for premium shipping) to ensure safe arrival.
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days (USA, UK, CA, AU, EU).
- Express Shipping: 5-8 business days (Available at checkout for select regions).
- Rest of the World: 15-25 business days depending on location and local postal efficiency.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we ship internationally from China:
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Smartcustomcam is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by your local government.
- In the rare event that a package is held or returned by customs due to local surveillance equipment regulations, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
6. Restricted Regions
We reserve the right to cancel orders from regions where the import of discreet surveillance equipment is strictly prohibited by law. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
