Our products are modified from genuine everyday items to include surveillance technology. While we strive for perfection:

  • Modification may void the original manufacturer’s warranty of the base item (e.g., the original clock or pen manufacturer).
  • Smartcustomcam provides a 1-year functional warranty specifically for the surveillance hardware and modification craftsmanship.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, firmware tampering, or physical abuse of the device.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartcustomcam and its owners (including Lynxi Studio) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or for any legal actions taken against the user due to their use of our devices.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide discreet shipping to protect your privacy. However:

  • Customs regulations vary by country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that discreet surveillance equipment is legal to import into their destination country.
  • Smartcustomcam is not responsible for items seized by customs due to local prohibitions.
